This is Salary + Performance Incentive Position. You must be willing to work nights & weekends.

We are seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team! This team member must be self motivated and want to be successful. You will be the front line representation of a top rated home building company with a strong reputation for quality construction and treating customers the right way. We are the best at what we do, we work hard, enjoy our work, and treat people right. We expect future team member in this position to match all of these requirements in order to present the company right.

You must be a self motivated person who wants to learn the detail of how we build our homes in order to educate your customers. You must also have the willingness to put in the time with your customer to ensure that they are making the right decisions when designing their home, pricing options, and preparing their lot as they move through the process. You will be holding meetings one on one with customers and must be able to effectively communicate with our customers to help them get to where they want to be.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers to find the right home for their needs and budget
  • Help customers to design their custom home
  • Educate Customers on our building techniques
  • Help customers prioritize their wish list to create a great value for the customers
  • Send in pricing requests for the home to obtain pricing for your customers
  • Hold daily sales center hours and meeting times with customers daily
  • Educate the local area about the company
  • Keep a sales center in top presentation

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with home building or a desire to learn about home building
  • You must consider yourself a very likable person and truly be one
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work and communicate with people well
  • Organized and efficient and able to operate in a self managed environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
